Monthly Parking

How do I sign up for monthly parking?


Please download an application here, fill it out completely, and fax it directly to the Finance Dept at (202) 464-2901. We will contact you within 24 business hours to confirm your account set- up.

Can I pay for parking with my credit card?


Yes, MarcParc accepts online credit card payments for recurring service and one-time payments. Contact the MarcParc at 202-464-2900 for details.

What is the difference between "Reserved Parking" and "Monthly Parking"?


Reserved parking guarantees a specific parking space. Monthly parking guarantees entry to the garage but does not guarantee a specific parking space.

Do I have to leave my car keys with the attendant when I park?


During periods when the garage is at or close to capacity, monthly and daily parkers may be required to leave only their ignition key with the attendant. The attendant will park your vehicle according to the space available. For safe keeping the ignition key is placed in a secured environment.

How do I cancel parking?


A completed cancellation form must be sent to MarcParc no later than the 5th day of the month for which the permit is valid. Verbal cancellations are not accepted. Cancellations must be in writing and signed pursuant to the monthly parking agreement. Please download the cancellation form here.

If I have not received my monthly permit after the 5th of the month, and my employer pays for my parking - what should I do?


Please contact your company parking representative, and they will contact MarcParc directly.

What happens if I have lost my parking permit?


MarcParc will provide a replacement permit. There will be a replacement charge. Please contact MarcParc at (202) 464-2900 during regular business hours. If you park without your permit you will be charged the daily parking rate pursuant to your parking agreement.

Can I use both the duplicate permit and the original permit?


Only one permit can be used - the two permits cannot be used to drive two vehicles into the facility at the same time.

If the garage is closed, how do I get my car?


Not all garage facilities are open 24 hours. Check the posted hours on the wall of the garage or check with the facility manager. Typically, once the garage is closed for the day, your vehicle is locked in the garage overnight until the beginning of the next business day. If your facility allows after hours access, call the posted phone number for assistance.

Does MarcParc offer special rates?


Some MarcParc garages offer early bird specials for commuters. To qualify for these specials, parkers must typically enter the garage facility before a designated time.

Many of our downtown garages also offer evening or night specials for vehicles arriving after 6:00 pm and leaving before 6:00 am the next day. If you plan to go to the theater, out to dinner, movie or downtown sporting event arriving after 6:00 pm may result in discounted parking fees.

Do you accept oversized vehicles?


Each parking facility has different height restrictions. Before you attempt to enter any parking facility check posted height restrictions to avoid causing damage to your vehicle due to collision with overhead pipes or other structural barriers.
